1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use LawPipeline:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and authentication data provided during sign-in via OAuth.
  • Profile information: Practice area, jurisdiction, OAB/bar number, and professional bio that you provide voluntarily.
  • Content data: Inputs you provide to generate content (practice area, target persona, funnel stage) and the content generated on your behalf.
  • Usage data: Credit usage, feature interactions, and session activity to improve the Service.
  • Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Personalize AI-generated content to your practice area and jurisdiction
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

4. AI and Content Generation

Content generation requests (including your practice area, target persona, and any additional context you provide) are sent to our AI infrastructure to generate draft content. We do not use your content inputs to train third-party AI models. Generated content is stored in your account and is accessible only to you.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Manus OAuth: Authentication. Subject to Manus's Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to certain processing activities

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
